Travel to the conference venue
Stockholm – ”the beauty on water” is easy to reach from different travel hubs in Europe.
By plane:
Arlanda International Airport, 20 minutes from the city centre by Arlanda Express airport train or approx. 50 minutes by shuttle bus. Many international airlines operate at Arlanda and three good alternatives to mention, are SAS, Brussels Airlines or Norwegian.
The best alternative to/from Arlanda Airport is to take the bus (Flygbussarna or Flixbus) from Terminal 2 or 4, heading to Cityterminalen or St Eriksplan. Bus stop Norra Stationsgatan, just 50 m from the venue!
If you go by taxi from the airports to Stockholm city, ask the driver for a fixed price.
Going by train to Stockholm: Stockholm Central station is situated approx. 40 minutes walking distance from the conference venue, so we recommend to use the subway. Station Odenplan, exit Vanadisvägen, and then 2-3 minutes’ walk.
Bus: Bus stop Vanadisplan or St Eriksgatan
Metro: Green line 18 or 19 – station Odenplan (Exit Vanadisvägen)
You can pay with your credit card at both the bus and the metro, no special tickets are needed.
Taxi: Use only taxi companies with a label on the side-window that shows the cost per km!
