CONFERENCE FEES
If you represent a patient organisation or network, your conference fee is a cost price for two coffee breaks and lunch. We also offer to registrar for a Networking Event 16 March for free.

Business casual.
Official languages at the conferences
Official language is Swedish, but most Swedes understand English. Many signs and information at hotels, travel centers and at the conference venue are in both languages. At the conference, we will use English in plenum, but when there are parallel sessions, it will be presentations in Swedish as well as in English.
Badges
All registered delegates, volunteers and speakers are kindly asked to wear their badges when you are at the conference venue and to be brought with you when attending the networking event at 16 March.

Free WIFi at the Elite Palace Hotel and usually at all hotels.
Weather in Stockholm
The temperature in Stockholm and Sweden in March can vary a lot. It can be cold, sunny and beatuiful, but just as well rainy, gray and relatively cold. Average temperature is between -5 to +4 degrees Celsius.
